Thanks

The thanks I owe to people for helping me work on this web site are too numerous to fit onto a single page. Thanks to family members of old who saved photographs and clippings (extra thanks to those who labeled them!); thanks to family members of today who have helped me identify and understand what I've found. My mother has spent hours transcribing old clippings and identifying pictures; my siblings and father have provided me with both moral support and contemporary photos. New web friends have sent me information about our family trees where they intersect. The McCoys, the Wings, the Weises, the Bosticks, the Lands, the Carlsons, the Scotts, the Nelsons, the Vanns, the Byrds..the list goes on and on. Thanks to friends Andy and Pascal, who have helped me with some technology challenges in putting the site together, too. Special hellos go to my "new" cousin, Sylvia Wing Fritz Waters.

Uncle Harry and Uncle Dent (really, fourth cousin Dent) have served as my review committee when I couldn't identify photos and shared photos with me; Aunt Gretchen (really, second cousin Gretchen) has provided me photos; Dorothy Carlson shared her family information with me, much of it compiled by other family members.
