The group is making an all-expense-paid trip as official guests of the Japanese government. They will spend from a week to 10 days visiting Expo '70 in Tokyo and travel to the various parts of Japan.
The trip developed as the result of a trip Japanese Sen. Shintaro Abe made to Panama City and Nelson made to Japan last year.
The affable Panama City banker and young Japanese senator became fast friends and Sen. Abe arranged for his government to invite the Panama City group and Comptroller Dickinson.
