Caption: Mahlon Weis displays a piece of crystal from his collection of semi-precious and precious stones which are on exhibit through Nov. 9 at the Pensacola Art Center. The exhibit features cut stones from South America, rubies and sapphires, Mexican topaz and a variety of other mounted and unmounted stones. The art center, 407 S. Jefferson St., is open from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday from 2 - 5 p.m.
